Our Story
Elanden Advisors was built to reinvent how professional services firms hire.
Our roots are in real estate brokerage, where we saw an industry with no structured recruiting partner. Firms were left to grow by chance, with no consistency in how they attracted or retained talent.
We became the first firm of our kind in the industry, disrupting brokerage recruiting by targeting experienced agents and revenue-producing talent—the hires that directly impact growth. That focus made us the go-to partner for brokerages ready to scale with intention.
